Current Affiliation: HU Berlin, CIEE Berlin, University of Innsbruck Austria.
Younes founded the "Berlin Colloquium of Color", organized the conference "Decolonize the City" in Berlin 2012, she is active in all sorts of anti-racist activities and is a curator and artistic counsellor on the side. She teaches psychoanalytic and social theories at the Gender Studies Department at Humboldt University, Berlin. Furthermore, she will teach a class on Gender, Race, Sexuality and Cultural Theory at CIEE, Berlin and a similar course at the University of Innbruck, Austria. She also publishes around subjects of psychosocial studies, anti-Muslim racism and is currently getting interested in IT and programming.
