Filip Jelínek is a PhD candidate in constitutional law and theory at Charles University in Prague. His doctoral research focuses on the state inaction/omission, public duties and their judicial enforcement (actio popularis). He is further interested in positive constitutionalism, the concept of public interest, judicial review of regulation/public policy, state aims and social rights, separation of powers, etc. He works in public law and constitutional, legal and political theory.
