Her research focuses on Jewish religious life in the Latvian Soviet Socialist Republic. She currently works as executive director of the Center for Judaic Studies at the University of Latvia, where she is involved in developing and implementing different research and education projects. She is also a scientific assistant at the university’s Faculty of History and Philosophy.
