Michal Gladis focuses on ethics and human values in technology, biometrics extended by affective computing, and impact of AI on human cognition, emotions and behaviour. His dissertation deals with the opportunities and risks associated with advising AI assistants. The goal of his research is to propose a value model of a technological ecosystem that allows the user greater autonomy and enables active participation in the co-editing of digital twins formed by sets of private data and behavioural models.
