I am a development professional, specialized in poverty alleviation and rural development, with over four years of hands-on experience in Egypt. I am currently enrolled in MA Economics in International Development at the American University in Cairo to consolidate my practical experience with strong theoretical premise. My wish is to find varied ways of realizing development that meet community needs and close the global inequality gap. Beside academia and work, I appreciate photography, visual art and music.
