Nelson Gwamanda

University of the Western Cape

Psychology

Received Sylff fellowship in 2019.
Academic supervisor: Professor B. Mahembe

I am a holder of a PhD in Industrial Psychology (graduated May, 2021) from the University of the Western Cape. I graduated with a MA Industrial Psychology in 2013 and a BSc Psychology (Honours) in 2008 from the University of Zimbabwe. I have been teaching at University of Zimbabwe from 2012-2015 and 2016-2018 as a Teaching Assistant and Part-time lecturer respectively. I am currently teaching Part-time at University of the Western Cape. I have interest in Advanced Quantitative Data Analysis and my research interests are in Ethical Leadership, Ethical Climate and Work engagement. My future aspiration is to develop models that will enhance ethical leadership and reduce counterproductive work behaviour.
