Numtip SMERCHUAR is a PhD Candidate at Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University. With the support of SRA grant for Fiscal 2015, she conducted a reseach on the labor migration policy between 1972 to 2014 for examining the mechanism and changed on Thai government's measures on the labor migration issues. Apart from that, she is offering a course in Public management at University of Phayao. Current reseraches are covered the area of agricutural product development policy, drought management policy and labor migration policy.
