Otgontuya Dorjkhuu received a Sylff fellowship in 2009 while enrolled in an MBA program at Mongolia’s National Academy of Governance and was awarded a Sylff Research Abroad grant in 2012, under which she conducted research at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Her research focused on the impact of knowledge accumulation and productivity on economic growth, especially in Mongolia. She works for the National Development Institute under the Presidential Office of Mongolia and the Mongolian Academy of Sciences as a researcher and human resources officer.
