Sacha studied a Bachelor of Management (with Honours) at the University of Southampton, UK; a Russell Group University. Followed by a Masters of Digital Marketing at the same university.
Following a move to Australia, Sacha studied a Master of Pre Doctoral Business Studies at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia, where she was placed on the prestigious Dean's List.
Currently Sacha is in her second year of her PhD at UNSW Business School, researching how recent advancements in personality theory can provide valuable insights for work performance and employee wellbeing.
Sacha has an interest in psychology, personality and specifically openness to experience and how they impact both employees and the workplace. Motivated by rapid developments in AI and its potential implications such as mass job displacement, Sacha hopes her research can provide invaluable insights to both managers and governments that can mitigate potential challenges revolving around the proliferation of AI in the workplace.
