Santiago Mesa is an MBA candidate at INSEAD, recognized on the Dean's List and awarded the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders scholarship. He is the Vice President of the Latin American Club and a member of the Sustainability and Impact Investment clubs. Santiago holds a Master of Science in Management from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.

Driven by innovation at the intersection of technology and impact, Santiago has made significant strides in program management and stakeholder engagement. He has expanded digital agtech platforms, improved data-driven decision-making, and developed proposals to address environmental challenges. His work experience includes roles at Acceso, the United Nations Environment Programme, and Oracle, where he consistently applied innovative solutions to create positive social and environmental impact.

Santiago has a global outlook, having lived in six countries and traveled to 46, embracing diverse cultures. He is fluent in Spanish and English, with intermediate proficiency in Portuguese and Italian, and basic knowledge of French. Proficient in R, Power BI, Python, Stata, and SQL, Santiago is also passionate about biodiversity, volunteering in animal welfare programs in South Africa and Costa Rica. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing squash, salsa dancing, and photography.
