Academic achievements, social engagement initiatives:
I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Theatre and Performance Studies in the field of cross-border performance art and curation. I recently returned from Brazil where I was taking part in the Laboratório de Crítica of the Universidade Federal de Rio de Janeiro, a member institution of the Hemispheric Institute (NYC). Most recently, I published an article on the hemispheric performativity of pulbic monuments and am currently in the process of curating three live art performance installations as well as working with intermedial artists working in film and VR technology. I have extensive experience in arts administration, curation, and community outreach.
