The objective of the program is to support the education of graduate students with high potential for future leadership in international affairs. Students enrolled in a wide range of courses in law, economics, politics, sociology, ethnology, history, archeology, literature, language, philosophy, psychology, education, theology, sports science, music studies, theater studies, and mass media are eligible to apply.
