The Intellectual and Cultural Change in Central and Eastern Europe
The object of the Program is to educate doctoral and post graduate students at the University with high potential for future leadership in international affairs, in public life as well as private endeavor. The scholarships and fellowships will be provided to outstanding doctoral and post graduate students in comparative literature, art history, philosophy, sciences of culture and communication, sciences of education, politics, economics, sociology and law history.
