Program Description
Fellowships are awarded to master's and doctoral degree students who are enrolled in social science or humanities programs and whose research relates to economic development, social systems, international relations, human rights, the environment, information, and cross-cultural studies.
The availability of fellowships is announced on the university's website. Applications are screened and short-listed applicants are interviewed.
