Nurlatifah is a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Indonesia. She works as an employee of Statistics Indonesia, and she is also a lecturer in the Faculty of Economic and Business, University of Indonesia. Her interest in village development programs, especially village funds, made her want to examine the impact of village fund policies on improving welfare and reducing inequality.
Nurlatifah was born in Central Java, Indonesia and completed her bachelor's degree in statistics at the Institute of Statistics in 1999. In 2011, she obtained a master's degree at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Bogor Agricultural University. In 2018, she became a doctoral student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia.
